        "content": "<p>Pilgrims urged to limit activities outside Arafah tents.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of Eid al-Adha 1447 AH, PW ISNU Aceh has distributed\nsacrificial animals to several ISNU regional branches across Aceh\u2019s\nregencies and cities.<\/p>\n<p>PW ISNU Aceh Secretary Rahmad Syah Putra stated the initiative is\npart of efforts to strengthen social care and tighten relationships\nbetween organisation members and the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEid al-Adha teaches the values of sincerity, sacrifice, and social\nconcern. Through this sacrificial animal distribution, PW ISNU Aceh aims\nto stand alongside the community and enhance organisational synergy at\nregency and city levels,\u201d Rahmad said in a statement received on\nThursday (28 May).<\/p>\n<p>Rahmad explained that the distributed animals would be slaughtered by\neach PC ISNU and distributed to local members and needy communities.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the kurban activity is not merely a religious tradition\nbut part of a social movement being built by PW ISNU Aceh to ensure\nbroader organisational benefits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis kurban moment serves as a means to strengthen kinship ties and\nbring shared blessings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>This year, sacrificial animal aid was provided to three ISNU regional\nbranches: Aceh Tamiang, Langsa, and Simeulue.<\/p>\n<p>PW ISNU Aceh hopes the programme will expand, enabling future\nsacrificial animal distributions to reach all ISNU branches across\nAceh.<\/p>\n<p>PW ISNU Aceh also expressed gratitude to donors, officials, and\npartners for supporting this year\u2019s kurban programme, ensuring its\nsmooth execution.<\/p>\n<p>The Aceh government has launched market operations at 69 locations to\nstabilise prices and ensure supply of basic necessities ahead of Eid\nal-Adha.<\/p>\n<p>Its purpose is to follow the footsteps of the prophets, namely\nwaiting for the peak of Hajj to perform Wuquf at Arafah, Mabit in\nMuzdalifah, and overnight stay in Minan (Armuzna).<\/p>\n<p>Strengthening zakat management must be done professionally, modernly,\nand effectively to bolster community welfare and expand zakat\u2019s role in\nsocietal development.<\/p>\n<p>BMKG warns of potential 4-metre high waves in the western Indian\nOcean off Aceh and southern NTT from 19-22 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly six months after the Sumatra disaster, SMA 2 Meureudu in Pidie\nJaya remains buried under 1.5 metres of mud.<\/p>",
