        "content": "<p>Ade Jona Prasetyo has been elected by acclamation as the General\nChairman of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Young\nEntrepreneurs Association (Hipmi) for the 2026-2029 period during the\nXVIII National Conference (Munas) in Lampung. Following his election,\nJona asserted that the selection process has concluded and it is time\nfor all Hipmi cadres to unite in facing increasingly complex economic\nchallenges. \u201cThis is a shared victory. Because in Hipmi, we are all\nfriends, we are all siblings,\u201d Jona remarked. Amidst global economic\nuncertainty influenced by geopolitical and geo-economic factors, Jona\nurged young entrepreneurs to remain optimistic and to be able to spot\nopportunities amidst the challenges. He stated that Hipmi must\nstrengthen its role as an organisation that fosters the emergence of new\nentrepreneurs while also serving as a driver of national economic\ngrowth. \u201cThe contest is over. With the spirit of competing to stand\ntogether, I invite all Hipmi cadres to jointly advance Hipmi from the\ncentre to the regions,\u201d Jona said. Jona believes that entrepreneurs who\ncan survive in difficult situations have an even greater chance of\nthriving. Therefore, he called on Hipmi members to continuously improve\ntheir business quality and ability to adapt to market changes. \u201cI urge\nall of us not to be afraid of facing the future. Every challenge always\nbrings opportunity. When the market shifts, we must adapt. When\ncompetition increases, we must improve quality,\u201d he stated. Jona said\nhis leadership will focus on strengthening Hipmi\u2019s role in the regions\nby encouraging the development of local economic potential unique to\neach area. According to him, every region possesses different leading\nsectors, ranging from agriculture, plantations, and fisheries to tourism\nand the creative industry. This potential needs to be developed to\ncreate added value and drive regional economic growth. He added that\nstrengthening regional economies is one of the keys to achieving\nequitable development and improving community welfare. He also considers\nthat Hipmi can contribute to supporting the national economic growth\ntargets set by the government. \u201cWhen a region progresses, the province\nwill be strong. When a province is strong, Indonesia will become more\nadvanced and competitive. Thus, we, as Hipmi cadres, participate in\nrealising the 8 per cent economic target,\u201d Jona concluded.<\/p>",
