PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE), a publicly-listed property\ndeveloper with a portfolio of residential properties, industrial\nestates, and mixed-use projects including TANRISE, is accelerating its\nbusiness expansion in 2026 through the launch of several new projects\nand the strengthening of its management structure. Following previous\nannouncements of the Solaris Villa development in Bali and Malang, as\nwell as the Taman Dayu driving range facility, the company is continuing\nits expansion agenda with the launch of Vasa Suites Hotel in Surabaya,\nscheduled to commence operations at the end of the first quarter of\n2026.<\/p>\n
This expansion initiative forms part of the company\u2019s strategy to\nstrengthen its business structure through a combination of projects that\nfocus not only on unit sales but also on strengthening commercial assets\nwhilst maintaining growth momentum amid the dynamics of the property\nindustry.<\/p>\n

In addition to the opening of Vasa Suites Hotel, the company is also\npreparing the launch of a new residential cluster in the Taman Dayu\narea, Pandaan, East Java. This project is located in a rapidly\ndeveloping area and represents one of the residential and tourism\ndestinations in East Java.<\/p>\n
The development of the new cluster is expected to further strengthen\nthe ecosystem of the Taman Dayu area and increase the overall value of\nthe area. \u201cThe development of the new cluster at Taman Dayu is part of\nour strategy to continue increasing area value whilst expanding quality\nresidential options for the public. We see the Pandaan area as having\nstrong growth potential, both from the residential and commercial\nperspectives,\u201d Budi added.<\/p>\n
In line with the acceleration of expansion being undertaken, the\ncompany is also strengthening its management structure to ensure the\nimplementation of business strategy can proceed more optimally. In this\nregard, the company has appointed Samuel Bunjamin as Director overseeing\nthe Projects\/Engineering function, Herman Bunjamin as Director handling\nthe Commercial Business (Hotel) division, and Merry Lantani as Director\nof the Property division (Sales, Marketing and Operations).<\/p>\n
These three management team members each possess more than two\ndecades of experience in the property industry and have been involved in\nthe development of various iconic property projects in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
Currently, all three have joined the management ranks, and the\ncompany plans to propose their formal appointment as Board members in\nthe upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
