At that<br>\ntime the President appealed to all institutions concerned to find<br>\nlegal ways of solving the problem of bad loans that is now facing<br>\nthe banks.<\/p>\n<p>This implies that all cases of bad loans must be dealt with,<br>\ninstead of only focusing on the Golden Key Group case.
