"summary": "Approximately 200 digital platforms, including major names like Netflix, ChatGPT, and Shopee, have submitted mandatory child safety risk assessments to the Indonesian government under the new PP Tunas regulation. The Communication and Digital Affairs Ministry is now reviewing these self-assessments to categorise risk levels before public disclosure, as part of a risk-based framework designed to alter platform behaviour. The regulation has already prompted significant enforcement, with TikTok and YouTube deactivating millions of child accounts, while the minister warned of legal consequences for non-compliant platforms.",
