        "content": "<p>Abortion cases<\/p>\n<p>From Pelita<\/p>\n<p>The recent discovery of 11 aborted babies that were dumped<br>\nunder the Warakas flyover in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta has<br>\ncaused a commotion in society. Investigation has so far led to<br>\ntwo obstetricians, two clinics in Tanah Tinggi, Central Jakarta,<br>\na meat-ball seller who assisted in dumping the aborted fetuses, a<br>\nmidwife and a gardener of a school for the disabled located<br>\nbehind the Anglican Church near the Patung Tani traffic circle in<br>\nCentral Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>According to Republika daily, abortion clinics are increasing<br>\nin Jl. Paseban Dalam, Kramat 6 and its surroundings. Abortion<br>\nfees are reported to range from Rp 100,000 to Rp 500,000.<\/p>\n<p>The community has complained about the immoral practice. It<br>\nshould be regretted that the obstetricians&apos; expertise is not<br>\nbeing used for good but for killing human beings. They have<br>\nbecome paid murderers in the guise of professional dress. They<br>\nare devils wearing the clothes of angels.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the mothers were forced to resort to abortion with the<br>\napproval of their husbands, but some did it quietly. Those who go<br>\nthrough with an abortion usually recommend their friends to do<br>\nthe same at the same clinics. This is all the consequence of the<br>\nintensification of the family planning program which is contrary<br>\nto human rights and religious values. Ulemas were induced to<br>\nagree to the family planning drive and they were manipulated into<br>\nagreeing to vasectomies and other birth control methods. Those<br>\nwho were willing to practice vasectomies were then offered the<br>\nchance to go on the haj free of charge.
