Corruption has<br>\nbecome a deadly disease, proven to have damaged the country.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, we should support the questioning of public officials<br>\nover alleged corruption.<\/p>\n<p>We should see Puteh&apos;s questioning as an effort to uphold the<br>\nlaw so the government can function and serve the people well.<\/p>\n<p>The governor should also take the questioning positively.<\/p>\n<p>His questioning, meanwhile, should gain the people&apos;s trust and<br>\nshow them the law is not only for the common people but for the<br>\npowerful as well.<\/p>\n<p>Puteh should not ask for protection from House of<br>\nRepresentatives Speaker Akbar Tandjung, as this will work against<br>\nhim.
