Abducted boy released<\/p>\n
TANGERANG: Tangerang Police arrested a man who abducted his
\ngirlfriend's three-year-old boy and was attempting to flee to
\nTeluk Betung, Lampung, on Thursday. The boy's identity was not
\nrevealed as he is still a minor.<\/p>\n
The police needed nine hours to catch suspect Haryanto, 26, a
\nresident of Teluk Betung, after receiving a report from the boy's
\nmother, Fauziah, 23.<\/p>\n
Tangerang Police detectives' deputy chief Insp. Kustanto said
\nthat the suspect had not demanded a ransom.<\/p>\n
Fauziah had just returned home at 2 a.m. from the night spot
\nin which she worked in Tangerang when her sister told her that
\nher son had been taken by force by Haryanto.<\/p>\n
She quickly reported the case to the police. The suspect and
\nthe boy were eventually found at a bus stop on Jl. M.H. Thamrin,
\nTangerang, at around 10 a.m.<\/p>\n
The suspect was about to board a bus to Merak when he was
\napprehended.<\/p>\n
Haryanto admitted that he had abducted the boy, saying \"I want
\nFauziah to stop working in the nightclub and start a new life
\nwith her son and me in Teluk Betung\". -- JP<\/p>",
