AAJ Associates mulls tie-up<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Local consulting group AAJ Associates plans to
\nestablish a joint venture with Origin, the Singapore-based global
\ninformation technology consultant, to support its expansion
\nprogram.<\/p>\n
AAJ president Amir Abadi Jusuf said here on Friday that Origin
\nprovided a wide range of technical assistance which would improve
\nhis company's services.<\/p>\n
"We are considering the possibility of establishing a joint
\nventure within the next two years," Amir said at a media
\nconference held in conjunction with the company's 15th
\nanniversary.<\/p>\n
Amir said the group -- which provides a range of consulting
\nservices including in management and auditing, accounting and
\ntaxation -- established its IT division last year to strengthen
\nits consulting business.<\/p>\n
"With the IT (information technology) approach, we can
\naccelerate the restructuring process of corporates, which will be
\na value-added service to our clients", he said.<\/p>\n
AAJ Associates is part of RSM International global accounting
