To<br>\nmake a &quot;healthy you&quot; requires a healthy diet which gives you<br>\nadequate energy and daily nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>This week we have a recipe for 500-calorie grilled salmon as<br>\nserved by Javana Spa, an establishment that reintroduces light<br>\nfood as part of its healthy living program.<\/p>\n<p>(A healthy diet as preached by the spa starts from antioxidant<br>\nsources -- plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables in your daily<br>\ndiet and cut down on salt, sugar and fat in your meals.)<\/p>\n<p>Grilled Salmon<\/p>\n<p>* 100 g salmon, seasoned with Lea &amp; Perrins sauce, lemon juice<br>\nsalt and pepper<br>\n * 40 g boiled potatoes<br>\n * 30 g boiled broccoli<br>\n * 15 g carrot<br>\n * 15 g snow peas<br>\n * herbed mayonnaise<br>\n * slices of orange<\/p>\n<p>Herbed mayonnaise:<br>\n * 1 tube Japanese tofu<br>\n * 1 tsp French mustard<br>\n * 1\/4 cup chopped onion<br>\n * 2 tsp minced garlic<br>\n * 2 tsp chopped parsley<br>\n * 2 tsp Enpi sauce (available in supermarkets)<br>\n * 2 tsp chopped capers<br>\n * 2 tbsp lemon juice<br>\n * A dash of salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>(Makes 1 serving)<\/p>\n<p>1. Season salmon with Lea &amp; Perrins sauce, lemon juice, salt and<br>\npepper. Grill until cooked.<\/p>\n<p>2. Arrange boiled vegetables and salmon on a serving plate,<br>\ngarnish with orange slices and serve with herbed mayonnaise.<\/p>\n<p>3.
