The first<br>\nadvertisement proclaimed that the successful candidate will<br>\n\"ideally be male.\" The second began each sentence with \"He\" when<br>\nreferring to the responsibilities of the position.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Roma's claims that it is \"A recognized industry leader,\"<br>\nwithout elaborating as to where the recognition comes from. I am<br>\ncertain that it wouldn't come from anyone committed to equal<br>\nopportunity in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>It also claims that it looks for \"qualified individuals\" to<br>\nassist in its expansion. This claim is not substantiated in its<br>\nsexist recruitment policy.
