"summary": "UN rights chief Volker Turk said 56 Afghan civilians were killed and 129 injured as cross-border hostilities with Pakistan escalated since February 26, with 24 of the dead children and six women. He said the violence has forced about 115,000 Afghans and 3,000 Pakistanis to flee in the past week, and that humanitarian access is increasingly constrained. Turk called on the Pakistan military and Afghan forces to end the fighting and to prioritise aid, noting that more than 2 million Afghans have already returned under Pakistan\u2019s repatriation plan, while many remain at risk.",
