        "content": "<p>KAI Jakarta Operations Area 1 (Daop 1) Public Relations Manager\nFranoto Wibowo said there are approximately 98,000 seats available for\ndepartures from the Daop 1 Jakarta area, specifically from Gambir\nStation and Pasar Senen Station on particular dates ahead of the peak\nhomebound travel period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor departures from Gambir and Pasar Senen stations, seat\navailability on 11 March stands at 31,587, on 12 March at 19,060, on 13\nand 14 March at 9,186 each, and on 15 March at 10,339,\u201d Franoto said in\nJakarta on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>He added that for departures on 16 March there are 5,016 seats, on 17\nMarch 2,127 seats, on 18 March 901 seats, on 19 March 1,926 seats, and\non 20 March 2,086 seats.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, on 21 March there are 12,772 seats available, and for\nthe period from 22 March to 1 April 2026, more than 20,000 seats per day\nremain available.<\/p>\n<p>According to Franoto, the seat availability data is dynamic and\nsubject to change at any time, in line with bookings and cancellations\nby prospective passengers.<\/p>\n<p>To support passenger demand, he said, KAI Daop 1 Jakarta is also\noperating 16 additional services, comprising 10 additional departures\nfrom Gambir Station and 6 additional departures from Pasar Senen Station\nduring the period of 11 March to 1 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>With these additions, a total of 84 long-distance train services per\nday will operate from the Daop 1 Jakarta area during the Lebaran\ntransport period.<\/p>\n<p>Franoto added that the government is providing a stimulus in the form\nof a 30 per cent fare reduction for commercial economy class trains.\nThis policy is expected to help the public access safe, comfortable,\npunctual and affordable transport during the Lebaran period.<\/p>",
