They were selected\nfrom 8,210 female MSMEs who registered and underwent a series of tiered\nlearning and selection processes over the past three months. Gusman\nAdiwardhana, Operations Director of Pertamina Foundation, explained that\nthe PFpreneur programme is part of Pertamina\u2019s MSME development\necosystem, run by the foundation to spur national economic growth by\nstrengthening women-owned MSMEs. Launched in 2020, the programme has\nempowered 6,325 women entrepreneurs, with 840 becoming fostered\npartners. \u2018This year, 350 womenpreneurs were selected after undergoing\ncapacity-building and a selection process divided into four stages:\npre-curation, curation 1, curation 2, and final curation, using a system\nof pre-tests, post-tests, and group assignments,\u2019 Gusman said during the\nPFpreneur 2026 inauguration at the Oil Centre. He detailed that in the\npre-curation stage, 3,489 participants passed administrative selection\nand received basic entrepreneurship training covering leadership,\nconsumer understanding, and strengthening product and market value. In\ncuration 1, 2,339 participants learned about business operations, cost\nstructures and pricing, competitor analysis, marketing strategies, and\nsales evaluation to reinforce their business foundations. Curation 2 saw\n1,279 MSMEs receive training on product development, branding and\npositioning, visual promotional content creation, and the use of\ntechnology and artificial intelligence to support business growth.\nFinally, in the final curation stage, 802 participants underwent\nintensive mentoring on business growth strategies, financial management,\npitch deck preparation, public speaking skills, and business\nnegotiation. From all these stages, 350 women-owned MSMEs were\nofficially selected as Pertamina\u2019s fostered partners through the 2026\nPFpreneur Programme. Emma Sri Martini, Director of Strategy, Portfolio,\nand Business Development at PT Pertamina (Persero) and Chair of the\nPertamina Foundation\u2019s Board of Trustees, stated that strengthening the\ndomestic ecosystem of MSMEs is key to facing global dynamics.\n\u2018Indonesia\u2019s domestic strength lies in its MSME sector. PFpreneur is one\nof Pertamina\u2019s efforts to strengthen this domestic power by providing\ncoaching, curation, and tiered funneling.
