Purwantono stated that traffic\nvolume exiting Jabotabek from H-1 to the holiday period of Eid al-Adha\n1447 H, or Tuesday-Wednesday (26-27 May 2026), reached 321,039\nvehicles.<\/p>\n<p>This figure is the cumulative traffic from four main toll gates (GT):\nCikampek North (towards Trans-Java), Kalihurip North (towards Bandung),\nCikupa (towards Merak), and Ciawi (towards Puncak).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis represents a 19.62% increase compared to normal traffic\n(268,392 vehicles),\u201d Rivan said in a statement on Thursday, 28 May\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>For the distribution of traffic exiting Jabotabek towards three\ndirections, the majority was 156,206 vehicles (48.7%) heading east\n(Trans-Java and Bandung), 86,786 (27.0%) west (Merak), and 78,047\n(24.3%) south (Puncak).<\/p>\n<p>Eastbound (Trans-Java and Bandung): Traffic exiting Jabotabek towards\nTrans-Java via Cikampek North Toll Gate on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll\nRoad totaled 81,030 vehicles, a 52.67% increase from normal. Traffic\ntowards Bandung via Kalihurip North Toll Gate on the Cipularang Toll\nRoad reached 75,176 vehicles, up 35.26% from normal. Combined, eastbound\ntraffic through both toll gates rose 43.76% from normal at 156,206\nvehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Westbound (Merak): Traffic exiting towards Merak via Cikupa Toll Gate\non the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road amounted to 86,786 vehicles, an 8.63%\ndecrease from normal.<\/p>\n<p>Southbound (Puncak): Vehicles exiting towards Puncak via Ciawi Toll\nGate on the Jagorawi Toll Road totalled 78,047, a 20.53% increase from\nnormal.<\/p>\n<p>Rivan added that on the day of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, Wednesday 27 May\n2026, traffic exiting Jabotabek totalled 124,719 vehicles. Although this\nwas 8.51% lower than normal, Jasa Marga noted a 6.85% rise in eastbound\ntraffic (Trans-Java and Bandung) and a 5.90% increase southbound\n(Puncak) compared to normal levels.<\/p>",
