The police said <br>\nthat though I had entered Jl. Sudirman before 4 p.m., when it was <br>\nalready 4 p.m. in the area I should have left the road via an <br>\nalternative street.<\/p>\n<p>Many car drivers were ticketed on the same afternoon, meaning <br>\nthat part of the public and the police have different perceptions <br>\nof the three-in-one traffic rule. In fact, there was no problem <br>\nbefore as long as cars entered the area before the end of the <br>\ntime limit.<\/p>\n<p>On the next day I called the South Jakarta Police for <br>\nclarification about the matter, only to get a vague answer.
