        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Around 200 job seekers attended the \u201cCareer Day\n2026\u201d organised by the South Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and\nEnergy Sub-Department (Nakertransgi). \u201cThis event is important to help\njob seekers improve their readiness, competencies, and confidence in\nentering the workforce,\u201d said the Head of the South Jakarta Nakertransgi\nSub-Department, Syamwil, during the Career Day 2026 at the Dirgantara\nRoom, South Jakarta City Hall office, on Friday. Syamwil stated that the\nevent represents the government\u2019s commitment to directly connecting job\nseekers with the business world and industry. According to him, current\nlabour challenges are increasingly dynamic in line with technological\ndevelopments and the ever-changing needs of industry. Syamwil explained\nthat the event, running from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB, featured several\ncompanies conducting on-the-spot walk-in interviews directly with job\nseekers. \u201cSome of the participating companies include Fitness First\nIndonesia, Kredivo, and Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM),\u201d he said. The\nCareer Day also aims to open wider access to information on job\nopportunities, while providing space for career consultations, guidance,\nand information about the working world for the public. \u201cWe hope that\njob seekers can make the most of this opportunity.
