        "content": "<p>The Working Committee (Panja) responsible for discussing the Bill to\namend the Financial Sector Development and Strengthening Law (UU P2SK)\nhas completed the drafting of the new legislation, which aims to revise\nLaw Number 4 of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>During a working meeting with the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi\nSadewa, and the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, before Commission\nXI of the House of Representatives (DPR), the Chairman of the P2SK Bill\nWorking Committee, Mohammad Hekal, read out the primary materials and\nregulations contained within the Bill.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are 17 key points of material and regulation within the P2SK\namendment Bill that have been agreed upon during the working committee\ndiscussions,\u201d Hekal stated in the Commission XI Meeting Room, Jakarta,\non Wednesday (3\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Before detailing the 17 points, Hekral noted that the drafting and\nsynchronisation teams have formulated the new law to consist of 2 Roman\nnumerals and 10 amendment figures, totalling 145 articles overall. These\narticles are the result of a thorough review of 1,212 items from the\nGovernment\u2019s List of Inventory of Problems (DIM), comprising 805 items\nin the main body and 407 items in the explanations, including several\nemerging topics discussed during the committee sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Hekal stated that from the total 1,212 DIM, 485 items remain in the\nmain body and 224 in the explanations. There are 167 editorial changes\nin the main body and 79 in the explanations, as well as 31 substantive\nchanges in the main body and 11 in the explanations.
