        "content": "<p>Fifteen state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are implementing a\ncollaborative corporate social and environmental responsibility (TJSL)\nprogramme in Raja Ampat Regency, Southwest Papua. The programme targets\nthe strengthening of coastal ecosystems, basic services, and community\neconomic empowerment in 3T regions (disadvantaged, frontier, and\noutermost areas).<\/p>\n<p>The President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Heru\nWidodo, stated that the activities will take place from 22 to 24 April\n2026 and will be centred in Mutus Village and Manyaifun Village. The\nprogramme is designed with a cross-sectoral approach encompassing the\nenvironment, education, and local economic strengthening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis programme represents the synergy of SOEs to deliver integrated\nand sustainable impacts in 3T regions,\u201d said Heru in a written statement\nin Jakarta on Monday (27\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration involves, among others, Pelindo, InJourney\nAirports, BNI, PLN, Pegadaian, PELNI, IFG, AirNav Indonesia, Taspen,\nPeruri, Askrindo, Jamkrindo, Garuda Indonesia, and Perum DAMRI. This\ninvolvement is aimed at expanding the programme\u2019s scope while enhancing\nthe effectiveness of interventions in the field.<\/p>\n<p>In the environmental sector, the programme includes planting 2,000\nmangrove seedlings and transplanting 650 coral fragments in Mutus\nVillage. These activities are accompanied by conservation education as\nwell as diving training and certification for local community\ngroups.<\/p>\n<p>In the economic aspect, the SOEs are providing assistance to\nVillage-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) to strengthen institutions and\nincrease community income. The programme is also directed towards\npromoting economic activities based on local resources.<\/p>\n<p>In the basic infrastructure sector, electricity provision reaches 119\nhouseholds with around 500 beneficiaries. Meanwhile, in Manyaifun\nVillage, a similar programme reaches 59 households with 117\nbeneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>The programme also includes renovations to educational facilities at\nSD YPK Effata Mutus and SMPN 11 Raja Ampat, as well as improvements to\npublic facilities and places of worship. These interventions are\nintended to enhance the quality of basic services for the community.<\/p>\n<p>The TJSL Director of the SOE Holding Company, Edi Eko Cahyono, stated\nthat cross-SOE collaboration enables more measurable and sustainable\nprogramme implementation. The multi-intervention approach is deemed\ncapable of accelerating development impacts in the target areas.<\/p>\n<p>The Corporate Secretary of ASDP, Windy Andale, added that this\nprogramme continues various previous TJSL initiatives in several\nregions, including mangrove planting, coral transplantation, and support\nfor education and SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>According to Windy, the series of programmes aligns with sustainable\ndevelopment targets, particularly in environmental, educational, and\ncommunity economic strengthening aspects.<\/p>",
