        "content": "<p>Paramount Land has distributed 1,580 food aid packages to the\ncommunity through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme\ninitiated by the property developer. This activity forms part of the\ncompany\u2019s series of social initiatives during Ramadan 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Paramount Land director Norman Daulay stated that the Ramadan social\nservice programme is a CSR activity regularly held by the company each\nyear as an expression of gratitude and corporate responsibility towards\nthe community during the holy month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Ramadan Social Service programme is a CSR activity regularly\nheld each year as an expression of thanksgiving and a demonstration of\nthe company\u2019s concern for the community during the holy month of\nRamadan,\u201d Norman said in an official statement on Monday 16 March.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond distributing food aid packages, the company also organised\njoint breaking-of-fast meals at four mosques located in Cukanggalih\nVillage and Kadu Village on 3\u20134 March 2026. During these events, the\ncompany distributed takjil (traditional Ramadan snacks) and\nbreaking-of-fast meals to the surrounding community. On the same\noccasion, the company also provided 200 worship equipment packages to\norphans.<\/p>\n<p>Norman explained that Paramount Land\u2019s CSR programme focuses on three\nmain pillars: education, healthcare, and environment. Through these\nthree pillars, the company implements various social programmes intended\nto provide benefits to the community in the short, medium, and long\nterm.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond Ramadan activities, the company also supports local government\nsocial programmes, including through an environmental education\ninitiative conducted in February 2026 in collaboration with the\nTangerang Regency Department of Environmental Affairs and Forestry.<\/p>\n<p>The programme aims to raise awareness among young people about the\nimportance of responsible and sustainable environmental management.<\/p>\n<p>Paramount Land considers the various CSR programmes implemented\nthrough the Paramount Petals and Paramount Gading Serpong developments\nto form part of the company\u2019s commitment to supporting the Sustainable\nDevelopment Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n<p>Through these social initiatives, the company hopes to contribute to\nimproving community quality of life, strengthening the local economy,\nand supporting more sustainable regional development.<\/p>",
