QB World Books responds

We thank Shintha Yasin for her constructive comments. We regret that Shintha did not get the kind of service she deserved. We deplore, however, that she did not take up the matter with our manager on duty, whom we were sure, would have rectified the situation immediately.

Shintha sent us an e-mail that we immediately responded to, and when failing to reach her, we phoned and faxed our intention to apologize and make good her right to the discount.

We finally met with Shintha and apologized for the misunderstanding that occurred and thank her for her comments, which, we hope, will encourage us in our endeavor to provide the best service to our customers.
