Projector stolen from eye clinic

JAKARTA: Someone broke into an eye clinic located in the Griya Puspa building at Persahabatan Hospital in East Jakarta early on Wednesday morning, making off with an overhead projector, a security guard said.

"One of the guards checked the room at about 1 a.m. and found that one of the windows was open. He suspected a theft had occurred and called the Pulogadung Police. The canine police combed the area but found nothing," Muhaimin Abdul Aziz told Antara.

There was no immediate word on whether anything other than the projector had been stolen.

The eye clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. -- JP
