PT Bakrie to build 11 more apartment towers in Jakarta
Jakarta (ANTARA News/Asia Pulse) - PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama (BSU) plans to build 11 apartment towers in the Rasuna Epicentrum, Jakarta with an estimated investment of Rp2.2 trillion (US$244 million).
Currently the subsidiary of Bakrieland Development is building two 36-floor apartment towers estimated to cost Rp300 billion in the 11.7 hectare Rasuna Epicentrum area. The two towers are the 18th and 19Th in the area, which is part of Jakarta's Golden Triangle.
BSU Development Director Wawan Dwi Guratno said the 11 new towers will be built after the completion of the two now in the final touch.
