TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: HSBC operation in Indonesia cooperating with US payment technology firm Visa launched a new product on Thursday (3/6) targeting corporate customers especially small and medium scale businesses, claimed to be the first kind of service in Indonesia.

The two companies' early target for the Business Debit Card are 1,000 corporations with “Ninety percent of the clients are from small and medium business”, Ellyana Fuad, HSBC Country Manager said.

The debit card offers improved simplicity and security guarantee for corporate clients in funding their activities, as clients could easily cover their business expenses through account transfers.

Tjoeng said “This is the fuirst Visa debit card for corporation," and the cooperation between his bank and Visa he said will bring a huge impact.
